Members of the M&M Circle met on August 6th and packed bags of goodies to be mailed to Ryan Kuperus and his fellow Marines in Afghanistan. We were pleased with the large amount of items that you donated for us to choose from and hope that it brightened their day when they received them. Our thanks to you for your generosity. The picture shows the large table in the lounge which was full when we put all of the items out to start packing.
Other activities in the past months have included dinners taken to families during trying times in their lives and fruit taken to ill members.
M&M Circle meets on the third Wednesday of each month for lunch at noon.
Meetings are planned so that those who are employed can attend and be back at work on time. If you are interested in joining with us our September meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 16 at noon.
